How I can help

I am not here to teach you anything – I am just here to help you uncover what you are not.
You have created the life you have today; some consciously, but most unconsciously, so in order to change it you have to take responsibility for where you are today. The discovery process can feel quite overwhelming and if you are unsure of where to start, I will help begin the process and guide you to explore the origins of your thoughts, beliefs and behaviours so you can understand your story and see how it has impacted your life which will then naturally depotentiate the mind.
Untangling yourself from this external conditioning won’t happen in an instant. It requires letting go of who you imagine yourself to be which takes time, understanding and patience. It also takes a deep sustained curiosity to find out what’s going on beneath the beliefs, thoughts and the stories we’ve been told about who we are and what life is about. Only then can we start to see the true wonder and mystery of life. Many questions will still remain, but that’s an area that you need to explore on your own. Perhaps it could be said that most of humanity is seeking to fill, avoid or end something that isn’t actually real.
I am looking to work with people who are open minded and committed to taking full responsibility for their lives, putting in the effort and making the necessary changes in perception and not people who are looking to be fixed. Most of the work you do will be outside of these sessions, so commitment to change is really important.
About me

Hi, I’m Briony. Here’s a little of my story.
After having a fairly mainstream career in London, I had everything I needed materially. But during a morning commute, I looked around at everyone on the train and really wondered what we were all doing. Five days a week we all trudged up to London on early morning trains, year after year with only weekends and holidays to really look forward to. Was this really life – the life that society had told us to achieve? It certainly didn’t feel right for me. We seem so disconnected from ourselves and nature and are destroying both for external gains. We prioritise consumerism and materialism and seem unable as a population to step back and see the bigger picture of ourselves, our impact and our reality. I had such a strong feeling there was so much more to everything.
I embarked on a journey of trying to discover who I was and why I was the way I was – easier said than done. Spirituality and religion didn’t hold any answers for me, neither did therapy nor life coaching; so I read books, many many many books and became curious, delving deep into my own mind. I was surprised to observe where my own beliefs came from and realised that it wasn’t that hard to untangle myself from them.
During this early period I also trained as a RTT Hypnotherapist with Marissa Peer in London. It was a brilliant way to find the belief that was holding you back or causing you pain and then reframe it to a better one to make your life more functional. Although I had some great results using this on clients, it still felt too limiting. I also came to realise that much of our mind is externally conditioned beliefs and opinions, so who actually was ‘me’? I wasn’t the ceaseless flow of thoughts, the part that judged other people, the part whose value came from being useful… this goes on and on. You’re not who you think you are, and nor is the world that functions around you. That’s when the journey can get really interesting.
I have studied full-time for four years, covering subjects such as psychology, myself, health, the mind/body, relationships, quantum physics, quantum biology, neuroscience, reality, economics, spirituality, meditation, Western society, and how the world and its systems apparently work.
It’s time to move
